Conference Cancellation/ Refund Policy
A 50% refund of the paid conference registration fee will be made for cancellations received in writing on or before 8 October 2025 (EST). No refund after 8 October 2025 (EST).To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to murat.kizildag@ucf.edu. Please enter "ISTTE2025 Refund" in the subject line of your email request.
